About:

Associate Prof. – 2022-current – Technion

Assistant Prof. –  2016-2022 – Technion

Post-doc. – 2014-2016 – Imperial College London, Materials & Bioengineering

Post-doc. – 2011-2013 – Weizmann Institute, Materials & Interfaces

Ph.D. – 2007-2011 – Tel Aviv University, Biotechnology and Electrical Engineering

B.Sc. – 2003-2006 – Tel Aviv University, Biotechnology

Research Interests:

Energy flow, electron transport, and proton trasnport in bioinspired systems

In my research, I design new type of materials that are being formed out of biological building blocks. Together with post-chemical modification, we enable various energy/charge flow through them (electronic, protonic or ionic) for future use in conductive membranes, scaffolds or even in photovoltaic applications.
