Nicolet iS50 FTIR Spectrometer (Thermo Scientific)

Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer simultaneously collects high-resolution spectral data (an infrared spectrum of absorption or emission) over a wide spectral range. The Nicolet iS50  FTIR is equipped with VeeMAX III specular reflection accessory with ATR (PIKE Technologies), offering continuous variable angle of incidence and a variety of crystal plates to selectively control the depth of penetration of the IR beam into the sample.
