Research Area in Energy:

Bio-fuel combustion:

Our research focuses on efficient ignition and flame propagation of bio-fuels for use in internal combustion and aerospace engines, with specific emphasis on chemical kinetics and emissions reduction.

Plasma-assisted combustion:

Research in this area focuses on technologies for enabling novel clean combustion concepts in internal combustion and aerospace engines, as well as leaner ignition capabilities.
